South Bay, all day. San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Milpitas, Cupertino, Campbell, Los Gatos, and surrounding areas within roughly 35 miles of our San Jose warehouse. Check the Machine Map to see where we're active.
Order before 2 PM PT Monday–Friday and it ships same day, arriving the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday morning.
Order by 2 PM PT → ships today → arrives tomorrow. Orders after 2 PM ship the following business morning. We don't batch or hold — once you order, it's packed.
Yes, on orders over $75. Under $75, flat $5 delivery fee. Pickup at our San Jose HQ is always free with no minimum order.
Not yet. We're focused on doing the South Bay right before expanding. If you're just outside the zone, email Daniel@scbvending.com — sometimes we can make it work.
We leave it at the door. Add gate codes, suite numbers, or any instructions in the order notes at checkout. Nothing will be left in the rain or an unsecured spot without your okay.

Yes — that's the point. Use the gift box builder to hand-pick 6, 12, or 24 items from the full catalog. Quick Pick presets (Office Favorites, Healthy Mix, Sweet Tooth) pre-fill a box if you just want something good fast.
Yes. Write your message in the order notes field at checkout. We'll print it on a card and put it in the box — no extra charge.
Not automatically yet. Place the order and email Daniel@scbvending.com with your preferred delivery date — we'll hold the box and ship on the right day.
Build a custom box and skip anything that contains the allergen. Each product page lists common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, dairy, soy). When in doubt, email Daniel@scbvending.com before ordering and we'll confirm ingredient details.

We do. There's no cost to host — no deposit, no monthly rent, no machine fee. We make money from product sales; you just need to provide the space and an electrical outlet.
Generally 30+ employees or a location with consistent daily foot traffic (manufacturing, medical, distribution, education). Smaller offices can still order direct delivery through the shop or set up an office snack subscription.
Yes, completely. We track inventory remotely and restock weekly — sometimes more often if the machine is moving fast. You don't touch it.
